Shipping Rates
Shipping fees depend on the destination country.
- Shipping to Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam: ¥2,500 flat rate.
- Shipping to all other countries: ¥5,000 flat rate.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) required by their country when the shipment arrives.
To ensure successful delivery, customers should provide shipping information in English when placing an order. Orders submitted with incomplete or non-English shipping information may cause delivery issues or delays.
Shipping Carrier

Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within five (5) business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Combined Shipping
Each order is processed and shipped individually. Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single shipment, even if they are placed by the same customer or shipped to the same address.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, long absence, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
